Perhaps you have already heard about the Law of Attraction: that which you consistently think about and feel, you bring into your life. Seems simple, yes? Well, this article will teach you a very simple method of bringing three powerful modalities together:
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
EFT is a system of healing that involves using your fingertips to tap on certain acupressure points to collapse and release feelings, traumas, memories, etc., in order to bring our energy field back into balance. Once our energy field is balanced, everything else smooths out as well: our emotions, our minds, our relationships, etc. EFT is easy to learn, but for this article, you don’t need to learn the whole thing.
Advanced Gratitude
Advanced Gratitude activates The Law of Attraction. It involves using the feeling and vibration of gratitude in an advanced way in order to align yourself with and manifest certain outcomes you would like. It involves going deep into your mind and imagination and being grateful now for what you want to happen in the future. It is like taking a mental trip into the future and feeling grateful for the result you desire NOW.
Anchoring
Anchoring is an ancient Yogic an NLP method of anchoring positive feelings into your energy field. It is a very simple method to use.
First, you need to learn two things, and they are very simple.
a) Bring your forefinger, middle finger, and middle finger together and tap on your collarbone point. (The collar bone point is illustrated in the photos included in this article)
b) Take the tip of your tongue and hold it to the roof of your mouth, just behind your teeth. The tip of your tongue should be firmly touching your gums and the back of your teeth at the same time. This opens up and connects subtle energy pathways in your body. It’s a very simple method of anchoring positive feelings and states into your mind, emotions, and energy field.
Try it: tap on your collar bone point while you simultaneously hold your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Do you notice a difference in how you feel? This brings coherence to your energy field, which aligns you more with Universal Energy... which in turn helps The Law of Attraction work better for you.
Okay, so here is how to use EFT, anchoring, and advanced gratitude in manifesting and attracting whatever it is you desire for yourself… (takes about 5 minutes)
ONE: Pick a time where you won’t be disturbed. Take a few moments to get centered and relaxed. Take several long deep breaths. Relax your whole body from your head to your toes.. You may wish to count down from 10 to 1…
TWO: Bring your fingers together and begin to rhythmically and firmly tap on your collarbone point while you hold the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth behind your front teeth.
THREE: Envision the end result of what you are manifesting. Then begin to mentally repeat with deep concentration… “I am so grateful that___________________... with ease, grace, and joy…. “ Keep mentally repeating, “I am so grateful, so grateful, SO GRATEFUL…” Go deeper into the feeling of total thanks, total gratitude.
FOUR: Be sure to keep tapping and keep your tongue anchored as described above. As you tap continuously on your collar bone point, allow your gratitude to be felt in your cells and atoms.
FIVE: The idea is the CHURN THE ETHER with the feeling of gratitude. Keep saying, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you…. I am so grateful that________________, SO GRATEFUL, SO GRATEFUL….
SIX: If you can, just keep going into the feeling of gratitude until tears begin to flow. (If tears don’t come, that’s okay too… maybe bawling is not your thing) Tears of gratitude are your very best friend in this journey of magically attracting and manifesting….
SEVEN: Become so grateful, that if someone was standing on the Planet Mars, they would be knocked over with joy.
EIGHT: Always end your exercise with, “This and/or something better….”

Alternative method: practice the above without focusing on any specific result.
In this method, you will be using EFT and Anchoring to get deeply grateful and to continue vibrating at the level of gratitude.

TWO: Bring your fingers together and begin to rhythmically and firmly tap on your collarbone point while you hold the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth behind your front teeth.
THREE: Begin to mentally repeat… “I am so grateful… Keep repeating, “I am so grateful, so grateful, SO GRATEFUL…” Often times, you will have to “fake it until you make it.” Just pretend at first, and you will find that this will help you reach the STATE of gratitude Go deeper into the feeling of total thanks, total gratitude.
FOUR: Be sure to keep tapping and keep your tongue anchored as described above.
FIVE: The idea is the CHURN THE ETHER with the feeling of gratitude. Keep saying, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you…. For everything in my life. Thank you… for everything. Thank you, thank you, thank you…
SIX: You could start naming people, places, events, feelings, miracles, etc… that you are grateful for.
SEVEN: If you can, just keep going into the feeling of gratitude until tears begin to flow. (If tears don’t come, that’s okay too… maybe bawling is not your thing) Tears of gratitude are your very best friend in this journey of magically attracting and manifesting….
This method will help you cultivate the attitude, feeling, and vibration of gratitude. You will find that it carries you.

That's really interesting. I definitely have noticed the power of being grateful instead of critical. I've never actively practiced gratitude or using acupressure points on myself. I like the idea of taking time to focus on being grateful. I'll try the tapping on the collarbone and the anchoring the tongue to see what it produces.
